iPhone is disabled and iTunes ask for passcode?

hi ,

I have an iPhone 7s , Disabled need to connect to iTunes ) but , when I connect to iTunes , it shows a message " iTunes could not connect to the iPhone because its locked with a passcode, you must inter your passcode before it can be used with iTunes" but the is no option in the the iPhone or the iTunes to inter the passcode?

The only solution is to get your iPhone in recovery mode and then connect with iTunes. It will let you restore your device as new.

If you have backup already, you can restore that after everything is setup as new.

hey thanks for replay but I didn't forgot the passcode , the iPhone is disabled & I cant write the passcode
