Apple verification

i can’t sign in to my iCloud through my iPhone 7 Plus a, even after updating to the latest ios and everytime I sign in my Apple ID and password the Apple verification pop out. I try signing my iCloud off my phone and it can’t. I wanted to do a master reset but I haven’t back up my whatsapp msg coz some work related material are inside

Apple ID Verification my phone was reset and I can no longer access my Apple ID on any devise (mine or my partners) because once I put password in it wants a verification code but it is being sent to a trusted number I do not recognise.
