Put my apple watch on the charger last night, this morning I noticed it is flashing between the green charging lighting bolt and the regular locked time face. Also, it only partially charged (25% up to 75%). Any idea what is going on and how to fix it?

Randy, you got me thinking! I plugged the charger cord into a different USB converter and that DID solve the problem! Thanks for your help.
Was the charging fob properly against the Watch?
If it were me, I'd give it one more attempt at charging. If there's still a problem, I'd make an appointment and take it to an Apple Store.
I know all that stuff. :)
It was on the charger properly and when I tried putting it back on the charger it lost more power. :o
I only have the one.
Time to take it to an Apple Store.
