An error occurred during purchase

Hello,

Tried to sign into app store and ended up with this error msg.

Tried to delete the trust setting but I couldn't find it or in short I don't that file.

I trued deleting some .be files which I found only crls and missed the other one which starts with 'o' something. I am really stuck and I want download xcode for my visual studio. Its a real mess and I need help.

I am using Mojave.
