iTunes Error Message (3562)

I can't download or play ANY songs to my Macbook Pro.

This started when I cancelled a subscription to iTunes Match. The music files are still in my HD but iTunes keeps trying to download files and every time I get error message 3562.

Use iTunes' menu to go to iTunes > Preferences > General and turn off iCloud Music Library.
