Cant get access to my apple id.

Hello i bought today apple xr and tried to login into my old apple id account but it said that i should unlock account tru email, i got email followed all instructions , changed password, but now when im logging in its says i should answer on 2 secret questions, to be honest i cant remember those questions because i made them around 10 years ago, when im pressing reset secret questions its says "We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions." What to do?
