How do I know the first date of activation of my iphone 6s Plus?

Go to Settings->Cellular, then scroll all the way to the bottom. It will tell you when your iPhone was last reset. If you have never reset it, then that was the date it was activated.
If you have reset your iPhone after activation, then there is no way you can find that out.
