Beeping sound while on Bluetooth in car

Hi everyone,

I am trying to see what may be causing an issue that is driving me crazy. Every time I am on a phone call in my car, connected to Bluetooth - the other person I am speaking to hear a beeping sound that I do not hear. It is a slow beep, and the tempo is best described as a monitor at a hospital (that tempo). I cannot hear this and I have had a few different phones over the time span.

Has as anyone ever dealt with this?
