Multiple Calls( Three-Way Calling) Hangs up on initial first call and does not merge calls, Or will not let you merge Calls. Very annoying and makes someone look unprofessional when its really counts to make that conference call.

When you are able to finally make the conference call you cannot hang up on either caller you must hang up on both callers. When calling Automated machines via three-way. Automated machines cannot "hear" or recognize you are pressing the keys indicated and the third party automated machine hangs up on you.
