Watch (4) virtual competitor/fitness age

Is it possible with the Apple Watch to compete against your own (previous) training/running time? And or compete with people your age. Also, is the watch able to calculate something like a fitness age or vo2max?

In case not, any idea if features like this are planned in a next release?

Thank you!

kind regards

The watch does indeed measure vo2max after every workout you do,if you go into the health app you will see it in the calendar on whatever days you did a workout,if you touch the vo2max entry a window opens up with a graph of your vo2max history. It only works in the workout app on you watch though not in the normal exercise rings.

And you can set up a challenge with your friends,it works off a point based system,I'm not sure how to set this up though because I have never used it.
