Please always post the feed URL when you have a question. After doing some detective work I managed to trace yours:

There appears to be nothing technically wrong with the feed. However, the content of the episodes is 'mixes' and I would hazard a guess that the most likely explanation for your podcast's removal is that the iTunes Store is concerned that you are including copyright material for which you don't have either written permission from the copyright owner or a valid podcast licence from a recognized authority.

About the copyright issue . There are millions of podcast that they actually do the same thing, and they still up and running. So why We have been deleted??

No one on here can tell you exactly why the people running the iTunes Store do anything. What I suggested is a possibility, but I can't say that it's certainly the problem. However, the fact that a lot of other podcasts also include uncleared copyright material doesn't really come into it - it may be that you were unfortunate enough to be noticed and they haven't been. The fact is that if you - or anyone else - are using copyrighted material without getting proper clearance then you are breaching copyright (not that I care, but the owners might): this is one of the reasons iTunes lists for removing podcasts, so it may or may not be the problem.
