i use a samsung original charger that came in the box to charge my iphone SE problem 1 and 2 Solved
1)touch id works flawlessly even if my iphone is in a case

2)charger and phone is cool when charging

but still touchscreen acts weird

First, using a charger from any reputable manufacturer is fine and safe, as Samsung and other real companies follow the USB standard.


"Counterfeit" does not mean non-Apple; it means a device that masquerades as an Apple (or Samsung) charger but is generally poorly made by someone with lower standards to bring the price down. There are many reputable 3rd party chargers; I use Anker and Belkin; Mophie has good, reliable products. Now, to the screen acting weird; if it only happens when the phone is connected to the charger you have a bad Lightning cable. Replacing the cable should fix that.
