Verification code sent to wrong phone number

on my new Iphone SE, in the App store, when purchasing app, it asks for a verification code, which it then sends to a number which is not mine, sending instead to (7--) (- --- - 7705). And hence I can't get the verification code.

How to get it to send the SMS code to the write phone number?
