What troubleshooting have you tried? Start by turning the watch off and back on again. If that does not help, then use the digital crown and the power button, hold them down together until you see the Apple logo and then release. If that does not help, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store to have the device examined by Apple.
