Half of an album listed as "purchased" cannot play

Recently purchased an album, but removed it from library and needed to re-download. After re-downloading, only half of the album is present on iTunes and my iPhone. The other half is not found in "hidden purchases" when I use my account on iTunes and I cannot download the other half to my account or to my phone.
