How can I access my music on 2 or more devices at the same time?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you'd like to know if you can play content from Apple Music on more than one device at a time. Is that correct?
With an Individual or Student subscription, you can play music on one device at a time. The differences between Individual and Family memberships are covered in this link:
On the other hand, if you're referring to seeing the same content and being able to access it in a more general sense, you'd want to make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID and that you have iCloud Music Library turned on: Access your music collection on all of your devices with Apple Music
