Restore from a backup made when the phone numbers were present.
Be advised that restoring from backup over-writes everything newer
than the backup. Also, restore is all or nothing - you cannot do a partial restore.
If any of the deleted numbers recently called you, check with your wireless provider as
they may have a longer recents history than is kept on your iPhone.
