My on screen keyboard double spaces between words and will not capitalize i when I am using facebook

How do I stop double spaces when typing in Facebook text fields. Whenever I type anything using the touch screen keyboard, two (2) spaces are added each time I hit the spacebar. So far this only happens when typing at the Facebook site while visiting with Safari. How do I stop this? If I use any other web browser or type at any other site the keyboard works normally. I installed and uninstalled different keyboard apps - they all have this same issue. I tried clearing the Safari history and cookies and the problem still persists. I will be contacting Facebook as well but it really seems to be a Safari issue, since other browsers and apps perform correctly.

Unwanted capital letters in Pages. I get automaticly capital letters after periods and after line shift even though that box is unchecked. How do I fix this?

Others have reported this as well. It is something you should let Facebook know about. This is isolated to the Facebook app, so it’s Facebook’s issue to resolve.
