I stopped using Apple products several years ago.

Itune support asked me for my account.
I gave them the following
a. account id
b. last 90 day purchase to prove there was no fee or balance
c. credit card bill that stated Apple Retail VoiceAuth (which does not make sense)
The support to staff replied and told me to contact Apple Security team.

Funny! The link brought me back to the support page.
Why not just give me the contact info of the Apple Security team?
I don't want to call because then I don't have a copy of what discussed.
I wonder if Apple got hacked and I'm given this run-around.
