How to view iTunes movies on two-monitor system

I recently changed my system configuration and now can't watch any of my iTunes HD movies.

I am using a Dell Inspiron Laptop computer as my CPU - I don't use the laptop's monitor. I have two Asus monitors connected to a Wavlink [using Display Link chipset] dock. One of the monitors is connected via HTML; the second is connected via a DVI cable. Whenever I try to play an HD movie I receive the following error message:

Both monitors are HDCP certified.

I am fairly certain there has to be a couple of people in the world who watch their iTunes movie library on a Win-10 PC connected to dual monitors. How can I watch my movies without sacrificing my dual-monitor capabilities?

Windows, Windows 10

It sounds like your laptop is not able to make the HDCP handshake successfully using that docking station. Have you tried connecting one of the monitors directly to the laptop to test it? I assume there's also no issue if you try using your laptop's monitor. You may have to get in a discussion on a forum that supports that Wavlink dock.

The monitors work correctly when connected directly to the laptop.

Thanks for your suggestion. I've already contacted Wavlink. Their response is that the dock [according to them, any dock] will not support DHCP.

I find it difficult to believe that there's no "fix". Logic suggests more than a few users have a set-up using a dock and dual monitors, One or two of them must own iTunes movies.
