Battery Health Problem

Hello everyone,

I have iPhone 6S, in December 2018 an Apple Authorised Service Provider repleaced my battery, everything was fine for 2 months, but now the battery health is dropping so fast. I tried to recalibrate my iPhone, but nothing happened. A week ago my battery health was 84% and after 2 days dropped to 77%, and now my battery health is on 66%. What should I do?
