Unresposive Iphone x screen

Hello. My Iphone X screen freezes every 5 minutes. There are no cracks on display. I have rebooted it, did recovery mode and it didn't help. Recently I have read that Apple changes unresponsive Iphone X diaplays for free. Is this information is true?

Screen not responsive Hello. I am having Ipad Mini 6 - my screen frozen for two times in the past 3 months. The touch screen is not working and the only way to do it is hard reset. My ipad is still under a warranty - are you able to fix or exchange a new ipad? Thanks
