Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed
Hey, so I tried to buy this thing on my phone off of my other card and it’s saying, “your purchase could not be completed”. Usually when I bought it Before, it never said this... so I’m very confused.

If you are also getting a message to contact iTunes Support that is what you should do (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
