Change religion

I have a problem with changing religion. My religion was turkey but now I’m in England and I can’t change my religion because of i have türk lirasi in my account. And I can’t spend bacuse it’s not afford any app. I couldn’t contect with apple turkey i called so many times but number not correct. Please help me to reset my money. Thank you.
