Itunes gift card

Take it back to the store you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly. If they can't or won't do so try contacting iTunes Support (they are likely to want to see images of the front and back of the card and its receipt) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww 

Posting an image of the card on here is pointless, we are fellow users and obviously can't do anything about it. Contact iTunes Support in Ireland, as judging from your blurry photo, that looks to be the country that it's for (I assume you live in Ireland, if not you cannot use it). And you will need the card's receipt.
