Apple Pencil + Notability

Apple iPencil does not work with editing text and numbers within NUMBERS spreadsheets however with the simple replacement of the original endcap at the charging end of the iPencil with a capacitive rubber or cloth tipped replacement cap from a company such as Zspeed [www.amazon.com/zspeed-magnetic-replacement-Apple-pencil]. My problem was solved. You have the additional advantage of being able to use the capacitive tip end on your iPhone as well :)

The Zspeed replacement cap has a capacitive tip it’s not just a replacement cap. It’s also magnetic so it does not fall off when jumping about. The Notability App and the First Gen Apple Pencil do not recognize each other (except for drawing). Earlier users complained of this, the Zspeed solves the problem.

My Bluetooth stylus works just fine with everything in Notability.

Writing hand notes, as well as drawing.

I, also, use Zoom Notes.

To help improve my palm rejection in many Bluetooth stylus compatible drawing/writing apps, I use a non-electrical conducting, lycra material-based drawing/writing glove.

Many of these drawing/writing gloves can also be found on Amazon.
