Fall detection sensitivity

I know currently there is not an adjustment for fall detection sensitivity on the Apple Watch. I’m asking that this is considered to be added. I suffer from a rare muscle disease called Inclusion Body Myositis or IBM for short. (Peter Frampton just announced that he too has this disease) the disease is a slowing progressing degenerative muscle wasting disease. It first affects your extremities and works inward. Falls are a regular part of life and I spend 8+ hours a day home alone. I bought the the new Apple Watch in hopes of it contacting my family and emergency contacts should I be unable to. Tonight I had my first fall while wearing the watch and unfortunately it didn’t trip the sensor, but fortunately my family was home and was able to bring me a walker and help me get up. If this feature (sensitivity adjustment) is being considered I’d love to be part of the beta test group.
