colors apparently inverted

i upgrade to mojave yesterday and all the colors of the display got apparently inverted. For example, the folders are yellow now, my screensaver is now blue (used to be red). i try to go on calibration, and nothing. Try to invert colors, and nothing.

when i get in with safe mode,. all the colors are wright (red is red, folders are blue) .

Anybody with a solution please?

Screen glitching since upgrading to Mojave Hi, since upgrading my computer to Mojave I've had issues with the screen glitching upon startup. Usually consisting of white/black horizontal lines and the like when booting with the Apple logo. The computer otherwise boots up fine, but I'm worried this may lead to more serious issues further down the road. I noticed people suggested FileVault might be the reason, but I have that disabled so that's out. Any other ideas?

Screen Color Changes in MAC Pro (mid2010) since installing Sapphire Pulse RX 580 in prep for Mojave I recently installed a Sapphire Pulse RX 580 8g Card into my MAC PRO (mid 2010) and now upgraded to Mojave only to find screen color with Dark Purple highlights. The color black now appears as redish purple. It affects depth perceptions and I have no was to bring back black into any screen colors. Anyone have experienced this or know a cure?

Many issues after upgrading to Mojave Hi all, I'm on a Macbook Pro Retina 13-inch late 2013. I upgraded from High Sierra to Mojave a few days ago and everything seemed okay. Now all of a sudden every time I close my laptop I open it up to find the color display all wrong: Turning it off and back on again seems to restore the usual colors but that comes with a whole new set of problems. When I turn it on, it'll chime, but the screen will stay black. I have to do this two or three times for it to finally boot up, which then can take up to ten minutes. Is anyone else having this problem, and how can I fix it? Money's tight right now and I really don't want to have to take it in for repairs or worse, get a new laptop.

Check if the "Invert color" option in the Display section at the Accessibility System Preferences is not activated…
