Setting Time with IOS 12.1.4
I go to Settings > General > Date and Time to set my time manually but the Set Automatically option is grayed out and set to ON. Where else can I go to set my time?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! I understand you're not able to set your time automatically because it's grayed out. I'm happy to assist you with this.
First, let's check to make sure your Location Services are enabled in Settings > Privacy.
Next, let's see if you have a Passcode set for Screen Time. This could be what is causing Date & Time to be grayed out. You will navigate to Settings > Screen Time > Screen Time Passcode
Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
