return without receipt

I bought a Magic Trackpad 2 yesterday at an apple store in USA and I lost my receipt. I bought it using a gift card and the rest is on my credit card. Can I still return it without my receipt?

Bring your credit card receipt and just mention the rest was paid by gift cards. Call your credit card company and ask for a copy of your transaction to send to your personal email or send it by US mail is another option.

Apple say:

'For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product'

Talk to the Store: they may be able to provide a duplicate receipt or make it available online. Otherwise the return would be at their discretion.
