Trying to activate my new iPhone 5, any help

if you are trying to activate using WiFi I suggest restarting the device and try activating it using your cellular data. If unsuccessful you’ll need to connect to a computer that has the lastest version of iTunes installed to try activating it that way. Below I’ve attached a helpful link. Good luck.

I bought it from the mobile phone shop which sells new products.

Then you got ripped off.

It was discontinued in September of 2013. 2013!

It can't run anything higher than iOS 10. It's already 2 generations behind and soon will begin having problems finding apps that run on it.


Return it and go buy a current iPhone from an authorized retailer or directly from Apple.
