Unable to reset password through Email

Hi

I'm Unable to reset password the apple id password.

it only giving me Trusted Phone number to reset, but i don't have access for trusted mobile number.


But I have access for email address registered with apple id.


But it is not giving me Email option for reset password.


please can anyone please answer to above query.

Apple ID Support (2) 




Apple Support by e-mail or chat    Work through the screens to get a chat option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.

Or fill out and submit this form.          The form is for iTunes, but it will get passed to the ID Support section.
