Received a call from my own number
when I looked at info it had my personal information in it.

Regardless, I don't see how this is an iPhone issue, please contact your carrier.
Possibly someone "spoofing" your number, and your phone would link the incoming number to your own personal contact entry.
The info is not in my personal contact entry but is correct
