Apple Pay function of ‘Double Click’ unable to select in settings

I’ve set up my credit card, which has previously been used with apple pay using same Apple ID but on different phone- however this time I’ve upgraded to the XR and I’m unable to select ‘Double Click side button’ in settings. Not sure why? But card is fine, and even trialled with another card.

please help

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple of things that might help others answer your question:


- What is happens when you try to turn on the feature in settings?

- Are you using Face ID or Touch ID on the iPhone?

- What software version do you have on the phone?

- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own? If you have, what were they?


The more information you provide, the better chance the community will be able to offer some additional guidance.
