Coloured vertical lines on my macbook pro 2012 edition

I have noticed this behaviour from last one week.Now the white lines sticked on my screen. what could be the cause.

Is this a display panel issue or any product build defect ?

any one please help me on this. display screen attached !

That is usually an LCD Panel or internal Display Cable issue.

It can be from either a defect or accidental damage.
