while working out, the color of the heart rate is some times red, others white, why?

I can't figure out the workout app. I have been using the high intensity workout, some days the workout time recorded is the total time, others is less.

The color of the heart rate and calories changes, it is red or white, it seems random. Any body knows?

Can you post a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Just to be sure we know what part of the workout you have a question about. If you’re on the Watch, press the Crown and Side Button together, if youre on an iPhone 8 or earlier, press the Sleep/Wake button and Home button together, if on an iPhone X or newer, press the Sleep/Wake button and the volume up button at the same time.

Sorry for a long response, I was struggling to find an answer, but I finally found it! Those are high listed metrics. You can use the Digital Crown to scroll between those metrics and nightlight whichever ones are most important to you, so you can instantly pick it out. So a highlighted metric doesn’t really mean anything. Use this link for some more info on the Workout app. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204523#customize

PS: I noticed your Watchband is inside out. The S/M tag should be facing the inside of your wrist.
