View iCloud photos from PC

I only want to view my iCloud photos from my PC, not download them to my PC. How can I view only?

Assuming you mean you sync your photos to icloud, then you go to www.icloud.com on a web browser on your PC.

No, don’t want to “sync”. Only want to view what’s already stored in the cloud, not add to it (upload) or take away/copy from it (download).

iMyfone site has an app called iMyfone D-Back to view and access iCloud Backup from PC.

I just want to see all photos in the iCloud from my PC. Do I have to get another app to do this?

Any ideas?
