Speaker phone

How do I turn on speaker phone on my iPhone 8? I do not have a speaker icon, only audio icon when I am on a call. Thanks for your help.

Tap on the "Audio" button. It will bring up a list of options. Tap "Speaker".

Tap the audio icon. It will bring up a list of options when there is more than one device connected that can take the call. One of them should be 'speaker'.
