"This Apple Watch is no longer paired with this iPhone" in Health App

Hello, for some reason in my health app, when I click on the Apple Watch source, it says that the Watch is no longer paired with my iPhone, yet it still receives health data from the device. Is this some kind of a bug? Thanks!
