Downloading photos from someone else's Facebook page to iPhoto

How an I download an entire album from someone's facebook page to my iPhoto without doing it one photo at a time?

__iPhoto accepts whatever pictures you drag into it. What you would need is a way to bulk download all the images from a Facebook gallery to your computer. You could then drag the entire group to the iPhoto icon and it will be imported to iPhoto. However, looking at the Facebook website I see no "bulk download" option. You may wish to contact Facebook support to find out how to do a mass download from a page (if that is even possible).

Also, I've read that iPhoto can be set to synch with your facebook photos... how does this work exactly?

Hello,
I read your post regarding transferring facebook pics into iphoto but I am not able to do it. I click and drag and there is a green + sign like it is going but then it never goes into iphoto. I can get the pics onto my desktop and then drag them in but they end up very poor quality (720x479). Is there anything else I can try?

The photos end up as very poor quality because the photos on FaceBook are very poor quality. WHen you upload a shot to FB it's "processed" which means it is stripped of virtually all the metadata, colour profile and so on and then very, very heavily compressed. Facebook may be an acceptable way to allow others to view photos but it's no way to share them.
