I am trying to send a gift from my iTunes account to my fathers and my phone says This iPhone is not allowed to send gifts. I don’t know me being in a family plan on my iPhone is preventing me from doing it but I have tried everything.

Since you are a Member of a Family Sharing group, is it possible that the Family Organizer set the restrictions?
Yeah I thought that would be my problem but I checked my restrictions and I cannot find where it says that I can’t send gift cards. Also thanks for the fast reply
