Hello!


My name is Madina Ardakova. I have apple account, however i recieved a billing for an app that I did not intend to buy and do not intend to use. Could you please solve this problem, and give the refund.It was maybe downloaded when there was no card information out into the system, and now it was charged.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

We are fellow users, these are user forums, we can't refund anything - and it's obviously not a good idea to post an image containing your email address and billing address on a public forum.


Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww 


And I assume you've now stopped the subscription if you no longer want it.
