Recently started using an old iPad for mostly one thing, but I'd like to update the apps. I have logged the old apple ID out fully and logged mine in fully - why when I go to update an app does it ask for the old apple ID password AGAIN!?

Got to use the iPad while streaming so I can see chat, since I lack a second monitor. It's fine for that function, I just want to be able to update the apps that are already on there so that it's more than just a screen that opens a chat room on a streaming website. We fully logged out of the old account, which took some working out how to do but finally got me logged in as the primary account - I go to update an app today and it asks for the old ID AGAIN.

So now I'm thinking Il'll just turn it off and on again and it'll sort itself out. Nope. Still asking for the old ID.

Why is it so hard for an iPad to change owners apple? You've basically made it impossible.
