I need to upgrade my SSD from 121 GB to 512GB SSD. Is this possible?

Internal Storage on new MBP are soldered to to the logic board and therefore no upgrade is possible, beyond point of sale only.

No. The SSD is part of the logic board. You will need an external SSD solution if you wish to use a 512GB SSD.
You need to be very specific in your Mac model when asking this kind of question.
