I can't sign into ICloud on my MacBook

My devices (MacBook, iPad, iPhone) were not syncing up with regard to passwords, iCloud Drive, etc. I turned off iCloud on all devices, logged out on my Mac and rebooted. Now i'm trying to log back into my iCloud on my Mac and nothing is happening. I entered my password and it's not going to the next screen. I'm using the correct password.
