I'm having problem with my connection. I can use WIFI perfectly, but I cannot use any LAN. When I tried to connect it, the USB 10/100/1000 turns to green but no internet access. Can anyone help me? I'm using macbook pro 2018 13 inches. Thanks!

The preferred method is to obtain the correct DNS number from your Internet Service Provider, and be sure your Router is sending them to you (or enter them manually on your Mac.)
There is way to get around not having a valid DNS (the number shown is the DNS Address is the Address of your Router, which is completely inadequate for most uses). You can enter the two Addresses of a Public DNS in the DNS pane under (Advanced). These are for the US:
OpenDNS numbers:
208.67.220.220
208,67.222.222
GoogleDNS:
8.8.8.8.
4.4.4.4
Great, except that you do not have a valid Domain Name Server (DNS) Specified, so you cannot look up any Internet "Phone numbers" to get to any web sites. This should get you to the Apple main page anyway, the way you have it set up:

The best way to proceed, especially if you are going to use your computer (any interface) at more than one location is the set it up again, only this time use Network Setup Assistant, and give this a catchy name (NOT "Automatic") so that you can invoke ALL the settings with that one Location-name (also called a Network Location File)

When you select your particular Ethernet connection (which may be named differently because it uses an adapter) , do you have a green light opposite that connection like mine? If not, what DO you have?
USB does not work natively in 10/100/1000 speeds, but Ethernet cables do. Are you trying to connect to LAN using an Ethernet cable, maybe with a USB adapter?
I entered the google DNS.
Im using USB C adapter, I have macbook pro 13 inches.
USB-C is only the name of the connector.
Is that an adapter to Ethernet, and are you plugging in an appropriate 8-conductor cable similar to phone wiring to your home or company LAN?
