Poor Print quality on Ricoh Color Laser (SP-C250DN) / MacBook Pro v10.14.3

My Ricoh prints in Block format, rather than pictures. Quality is like DPI 30 vs DPI 600. this appends when printing from the Web, Word, JPG, just about any graphics. . EXCEPT in Adobe PDF. I'm forced to convert/save everything in to PDF, then print it. . I have tried to remove/install/reboot, no luck,

NOTE: my other printers installed on Mac is fine.
