Unable to Purchase App.

I would like to find a solution to my problem. My problem regarding my iPadPro usage is that I wanted to buy an app from the apple store but I can’t. It always show the “Your payment is not completed” or such related pop-up notification. However, I have tried to switch my credit cards - still it doesn’t work. I’m looking forward for your helpful asssistance.

If you haven't already done so do as instructed and contact iTunes Support (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
