Logic Pro 9, I can't hear myself in my headphones

When I connect my Scarlet Solo 2nd Generation audio interface to Logic Pro 9 and I turn the audio interface on, I can't hear myself in my headphones

More information... you have the Scarlett set as the Input/Output device in Logic's Preferences/Audio and you have Software Monitoring Enabled.... and... you have the headphones pluggied into the Scarlett?

While you're in Preferences/Audio set the I/O buffer to 128.
