iCloud music library
It says I have to wait 87 days for iCloud music library and I don’t want to wait that long how can I fix it

I have never heard of a waiting period for iCloud Music Library. There's this waiting period:
View and remove your associated devices in iTunes - http://support.apple.com/HT204074 - Read the part at the end where it refers to the 90 day wait. This applies to re-downloading past purchases (you can make new purchases), automatic downloads, and iCloud based services such as Family Sharing, Match, and Apple Music.
